Open Riding- Sanpete County Fairpark
Reservations are required for exclusive private use, as well as for all clubs, organized groups, and commercial activities.

The Sanpete County Fairpark Arena is open for free personal use daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. The arena is not available during scheduled or reserved events, and users must be willing to share the space. Personal use includes access to the arena only and does not extend to other Fairpark facilities.
Arena use is limited to equestrian activities. Livestock roping and barrel racing are permitted when conducted safely and respectfully around other riders. Arena footing and conditions may vary, and users are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable for their intended use. |
Limitation on Liability for Equine and Livestock Activities
An equine activity sponsor, equine professional, livestock activity sponsor, or livestock professional is not liable for any injury to or the death of a participant due to the inherent risks associated with these activities. Inherent risk with regard to equine or livestock activities means those dangers or conditions which are an integral part of equine or livestock activities, which may include: the propensity of the animal to behave in ways that may result in injury, harm, or death to persons on or around them; the unpredictability of the animal s reaction to outside stimulation such as sounds, sudden movement, and unfamiliar objects, persons, or other animals; collisions with other animals or objects; or the potential of a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to the injury to the participant or others, such as failing to maintain control over the animal or not acting within his or her ability.
